Marco Mingolla
Marco is a global expert in talent and performance management and has over 25 years of experience working with senior leaders to build talent and performance systems that drive business results in a way that also works for the people in the organizations.
Marco began his career in the Danish Royal Guards, where he rose to Commanding Officer. Following 15 years of senior HR roles, he served as Head of Transformation and later Chief HR Officer for a multinational logistics firm.
Marco holds an Executive Master's in Strategic HR Management from SDA Bocconi and Cornell University (Valedictorian), and a Master's in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Harvard University (Honors). He is fluent in Danish, English, and Italian.
